Tiramisù Cream

600 g Debic Tiramisù

30 g trimoline

Lady Finger

2 pieces per glass

Coffee Syrup

180 g espresso (one shot 30g)

60 g water

120 g sugar

Preparation

Tiramisù Cream

Whip together the Debic Tiramisu and trimoline into a soft peak.

Coffee Syrup

Mix all of the ingredients and use it to soak lady fingers.
