First, thaw the butter block and rest until it reaches a temperature of 18-20 degrees before using it. You can use the markings on the packaging to easily select 500g.
Next, condition the butter by whipping it to incorporate everything.
Add the rest of your composition.
Whip until the composition is combined.
Keep whipping until the butter turns pale.
Transfer the butter to a big mixing bowl.
Add any flavouring.
Mix until incorporated.
