In a tall cocktail glass, arrange the strawberry crumble at the bottom.
Dress the mascarpone cream and half the strawberries on top.
Break the meringue into chunks onto it and cover with the strawberry coulis.
Cover with a generous amount of mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries again.
Top it off with the white chocolate drops, finer crumbs of meringue and a sprig of fresh mint.
