For 10 servings

1 l Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone

80 g sugar

1 vanilla pod

800 g fresh strawberries

80 g strawberry crumble

80 g meringue

100 g strawberry coulis

30 white chocolate drops

10 sprigs of mint

Preparation

Eaton mess

Whip the Cream Plus Mascarpone with the sugar and the vanilla pod scrapings until light and airy.

Transfer to a piping bag with a plain nozzle.

Cut the strawberries into quarters.

Assembly

In a tall cocktail glass, arrange the strawberry crumble at the bottom.

Dress the mascarpone cream and half the strawberries on top.

Break the meringue into chunks onto it and cover with the strawberry coulis.

Cover with a generous amount of mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries again.

Top it off with the white chocolate drops, finer crumbs of meringue and a sprig of fresh mint.
