Is it someone’s birthday but they haven’t told anyone from your staff? This quick dessert will be enjoyed by young and old(er) alike!

Ingredients

For 10 servings

Birthday banoffee

1 l Debic Tiramisù

1 can of condensed sweetened milk

3 bananas

300 g shortbread biscuits

Preparation

Beat the Tiramisù until light and airy in the food processor.

Transfer to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.

Place the sealed can of condensed milk in boiling water for 3 hours.

Let the tin cool and store the toffee in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Cut the bananas into slices.

Assembly

Arrange the crumbled shortbread biscuits on the bottom of the glasses. 

Pipe a good portion of the whipped Tiramisù on top. 

Drizzle the toffee over this and finish with the banana slices and some more shortbread crumbs.

Serve as a birthday dessert with suitable decorations such as candles or a decoration on a stick.
