Ingredients

Smoked salmon waffle with strained yoghurt and dill

10 sheets puff pastry

200 g smoked salmon

100 g strained yoghurt

5 g sprigs of dill

10 g salmon roe

Assembly

Bake the frozen puff pastry sheets in a waffle iron. Cut to size with a ruler and store in a well-sealed container. Arrange the smoked salmon on the waffles and garnish with strained yoghurt, dill and salmon roe.
