This technique shows you how to fill eclairs with whipped cream or other fillings in only 5 simple steps.
Equipment needed- Piping bag
- Nozzle
Step-by-step

Choose the right nozzle for the application and place in the piping bag

Put whipped cream in a piping bag

Pinch the bag with one hand half way the piping bag

Take the pastry for filling and turn it upside down

Put the nozzle in the pastry and fill it until the cream almost comes out through the hole
