This technique shows you how to mask cakes or other pastry in only 6 simple steps.

Debic products used
Step-by-step
Put enough whipped cream on top of the pastry to cover it
Carefully spread the whipped cream to the sides of the cake
Flatten the top of the cake and spread enough cream to cover the sides
Straighten the sides of the cake all around
Take off all exces cream to clean the cake up
Decorate
